Pastor Carolyn Blackley, affectionately known as Pastor C, is a pastor, teacher, author, coach, and visionary leader with a deep passion for helping women rediscover who they are, hear God clearly, and step boldly into their next chapter. She is the Senior Pastor of Empowering You Christian Center, where she has faithfully served for over two decades, teaching the Word of God with clarity, compassion, and prophetic insight. Her ministry is marked by authenticity, wisdom, and a deep commitment to seeing lives transformed, not just inspired.
Pastor Carolyn is also the Founder and CEO of Calling Sarah: The Movement, a faith-based mentoring and coaching movement designed to call ageless women out of delay, disappointment, and dormancy, and into purpose, clarity, and fulfillment. Inspired by the biblical story of Sarah, the movement declares one central truth: It’s never too late.

Through Calling Sarah, Pastor Carolyn equips women to identify buried dreams, clarify God-given assignments, and move forward with faith, whether that means launching a business,stepping into ministry, writing the book, healing from loss, or simply saying “yes” to God again.She is the author of multiple faith-based books and devotionals, including Hey Sarah, GodCalling and the Calling Sarah Devotional series, blending biblical truth with real-life wisdom ina conversational, encouraging voice.
